One with this ability can psychically suspend oneself in mid-air to avoid contact with the ground, for comfort (in lieu of standing or walking), at will. In addition, one could psychically suspend oneself in mid-air to avoid danger on the ground (ie a pressure-sensitive floor, which could trigger an alarm), at will. Furthermore, one could psychically suspend oneself in mid-air to float to a higher position (in a horizontal, vertical, lateral or diagonal direction, etc), at will. One could also psychically suspend oneself in mid-air to prevent or slow a fall, at will. One could even psychically suspend other subjects and/or objects in midair, and perhaps direct their flotation, at will.

The power to perceive and communicate with spirits and those who are in the afterlife.
User can view ghosts/spirits of deceased and communicate and/or interact with them, even if they have possessed inanimate objects/subjects/people. They are able to repel and run spirits away from an area, compel to employ an armada of ghosts, and may even view a visual conception of a spirit world in a trance if desired

The ability to move instantaneously from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between
The user can teleport, or transfer matter (beings/objects, including themselves) or energy from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them. This can be achieved by various means, including causing the atoms/molecules to travel at light-speed, warping the space, or use quantum superposition, in which the user teleports by spatially rearranging the subatomic contents of a system.

— Usable as much as wanted but can give travelsickness
— Doesn’t work if the wanted destination is Magaluf, Rimini or Pattaya
— Jack cable available but the journey can be stopped instantanely depending of your music
The power to restore biotic organisms to their optimal health.
The user can restore biotic organisms to their optimal health, curing damaged or withered organisms, wounds, broken bones, low vitality, and diseases/poisoning. Though the user may potentially heal any form of bodily damage, the patient must be alive, even if hanging by a thin thread, in order to be healed; once the patient has died, it would transcend healing and would require resurrection instead.

— Usable as much as wanted but only during 24h
— Can not be used to enlarge any organs
— Wierd side effect can appear and your insurance won’t believe you
The user can grant wishes of others or oneself, manifesting the desires of others and themselves into reality and make their wildest dreams come true.

— Only work if you brushed carefully your teeth (and used dental floss)
— Beeing sure your wishes are not stupid is required, risking eczema and head lice forever
