Calendula with eggs

Arrange the lettuce leaves in a bowl.

Place the sliced cucumber amongst the lettuce leaves and add the quartered hard-boiled eggs and tomato wedges.

Snip the chives and scatter over the salad, reserving a little for a garnish later.

Spoon the salad cream over the salad in small dollops and then scatter the mint leaves over the top.

Scatter the calendula petals over the salad and finish with more snipped chives.
